Stylist Tier System
Apprentice level stylists are dedicated, learning the craft through our in-salon training program, rather than a school.
Tier 1 stylists within a couple years of graduating, serving as both a growing successful stylist and periodically a salon assistant.
Tier 2 stylists have been in the industry 2+ years, and have been working behind the chair and in our salon, growing a successful clientele.
Tier 3 stylists have continued to develop their skills through education, years of experience and have earned a solid reputation for top-notch skills, often working with an assistant.
Tier 4 + are salon leaders, mentors and stylists with even higher clientele demand, often working with an assistant.
Pricing adjusts according to Tier Level. Rest assured, you are in good hands. We all work collaboratively together - the #1 thing we hear from new and existing clients is, “It feels so good in here.” We believe when we all work together, it not only creates an inviting energy, but also a higher level of service outcome for our guests and our team success.

Kailey Graziano

Visionary & Owner, Kailey has been in the hair industry for over 20 years. An extensive background in education and a natural approach to coloring and design techniques, Kailey loves to connect with her clients. The hair is fun and all, but it’s the community she serves that keeps her bucket full. Kailey balances the salon world and educating for Oway, with her real estate business, three cute kiddos, a handsome husband and a loving community of friends. She strives to stay in gratitude everyday and is honored to meet new faces in the salon.

Burkell takes her business seriously and we love that about her! Burkell has been in the industry 16 years. She has had extensive cut and color training, and was previously a master stylist who helped train a team at another salon. She can really do it all - her color, design, texture and treatment craft is honed in on how to best build the health and look of her clients hair. Her family life and role model to her beautiful daughter is her driving force to deliver the best results behind the chair.
Yana Belozerova

Originally from Russia, Yana is a veteran stylist with 18 years of experience spanning from New York, San Francisco and Southern Utah. Yana comes from a lineage of hair artisans focusing in conscious, organic hair. She is highly trained in Vidal Sassoon, Aveda, Oway and beyond. Specializing in haircutting design and a focus on lived in color techniques.. A mother of two young boys and a new baby boy, a lover of yoga and a serious professional behind the chair. We love having Yana’s presence and experience in our salon.
Jordan is originally from Cache Valley Utah, and made her way down to Southern Utah to do hair. She has been here for over 2 years and absolutely loves it. In the salon, Jordan loves to do anything color and lived in haircut techniques. Jordans passion behind the chair and her desire to continue to grow is really what sets her apart. When she isn’t in the salon, she loves spending time hanging with family and friends and her cute little fur baby.

Taylor Brockbank
Taylor is an experienced hair artist with a decade of expertise, specializing in blondes, extensions and truly well rounded in all areas of service. Recently, she relocated to St George with her husband and their little boy, we get to have her in the salon every Wednesday and we love it. When she’s not working, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors, hosting retreats and breath work events, riding horses or joining her husband at the Motocross tracks on the weekends.
Sophie graduated through our salon apprentice program and is now licensed and booming! She is passionate about her craft and career, naturally skillful and highly trained. She is well versed in Keya and has proudly been with us for years now. We love having Soph in our salon and love to see her flourish and connect with her growing clientelle. She is one to watch! Holli is one of our amazing lived in color and blonding specialist. She’s originally from Riverton Utah and relocated to St George in 2024. With extensive training in anything that has to do with color and blonding, she’d love to help you get your dream hair! She loves reading books, spending days at the lake, riding horses and traveling. She takes great care of every client that sits in her chair, and favors making friends along the way. We love having Holli as part of our salon fam. Get on her books before she’s all booked up!

Megan Tatum
Megan has been in the industry for 15 years. After spending the last year primarily working and living in Las Vegas, we are so thrilled to have her back at Kéya more permanently again! A leading trainer in the salon and a stylist behind the chair, she specializes in cutting techniques. Megan is a lover of the outdoors, crystal connoisseur, human design guider and one of the kindest people you’ll ever know. Her love for people shines through the modality of hair and her talent is the cherry on top. We are sprinkled with Megans presence a few days every couple of months, you must reach out directly to schedule an appointment with Megan.

Olivia Hanks
Destined for success in her craft, Olivia is a natural at hair, truly. She can really do about anything technique wise, but mostly loves to create blonde transformations and lived-in color. Olivia is also so kind and fun, you’ll have a great time as her client. When she isn’t in the salon, she’s working a boutique in the mall, hanging out with friends and family or going on traveling adventures.
We love that Lisa found Kéya to call her salon home! Recently moved to Southern Utah, Lisa has been doing hair for over 3 years. She specializes in beautiful lived-in colors and always eager to learn and master new techniques. Passionate about her craft, Lisa is dedicated to helping clients achieve their ideal looks while providing a personalized and enjoyable experience. When she’s not working, Lisa loves spending time outdoors, reading and making memories with her family.

Sami is one of our newest stylist at Kéya, recently relocated from Herriman Utah. She graduated hair school in 2022 and took a two year break to complete her associates degree - Yay she got it! Now we get to have her in the salon getting back into hair again. Sami loves to chat about anything and everything, is so welcoming and eager to master her craft and learn more everyday. When she isn’t in the salon, she educates part-time at a cosmetology school in Cedar City. Sami loves to be active in the sunshine and do all sorts of crafts.

Morgan Ellenberger is a hairstylist with 3 years of experience, specializing in extensions, blonding, and lived-in color. After moving from California to St. George, she has built a reputation for creating effortless, natural-looking transformations. As a certified hair extension educator, Morgan is passionate about sharing her knowledge with other stylists while helping clients feel their most confident. Beyond the salon, she’s a new mom who loves fashion, wellness, and living a naturally minded lifestyle. Morgan was one of our OG stylists when Kéya first opened in 2023, and we are thrilled to have her back creating with us.
With 26 years behind the chair, Bree brings big talent and good vibes to every appointment. She loves cutting and coloring, creating looks that fit your face shape, lifestyle, and hair type—basically, hair that actually works for you. Bree’s passion is connecting with people and designing custom styles that make her guests feel confident, seen, and a little unstoppable. A sun-chaser, wine lover, and devoted dog mom to her ride-or-die, Yarmouth, Bree lives for good food, spontaneous adventures, and celebrating life’s big and small moments—especially every Saturday, which she believes is made for raising a glass and kicking off the weekend. Warmth, laughter, and savoring the present are her daily essentials.

Cass Gortchakova is a seasoned stylist who believes hair is far more than just color and cut—it’s a way to connect hearts. A devoted boy mom with Russian roots and a faith-driven spirit, she was born in Columbus, Ohio and has proudly called Southern Utah home for the past seven years. Behind the chair, Cass focuses on creating a space where every guest feels seen, understood, and completely comfortable being themselves. She specializes in blonding, toning, lived-in color, and precision cutting, with a passion for helping her clients feel beautiful inside and out.
Becca Farkas
With two years of experience and a true passion for every aspect of the beauty industry, especially hair and blonding, Becca is dedicated to using the highest-quality products and most up-to-date techniques to achieve beautiful results while always prioritizing the health and integrity of her clients hair. Becca is beyond grateful to have found Kéya Salon and is excited to be working alongside such a talented and heart-led team of stylists. Originally from California, she recently relocated to the St. George area and is loving her new community.
